Conscious Weight Loss

So many people have issues with their weight. This has inspired me to reach to the Higher Realms for guidance...for help in energetically shaping our bodies to our desired forms.

I did this myself a few years ago. The Angels have helped me out and I lost a lot of weight. Everyone has different issues, my intention is to guide everyone to learn how to energetically create the body of their dreams.

This is a question that was sent to me from a precious client,

Hi Brenna,

I am wondering since we spoke a lot about The weight and The energy that I am working on clearing I was wondering something else on that subject.

So I can not even bring myself to consider dieting and limiting myself with food or anything that even looks like a diet. So my questions are:

Do I ask the 4 angels to help me want to diet?
Do I ask them to change my cravings, the amount and how often I eat?
Do I attempt to limit myself?
Is there a number of times that I ask them through out my day for guidance and instruction?

You can always call on...Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel to help you with anything. You can call on any of the Masters of Light and Angels at anytime. Yes, ask them to help you take away your cravings, ask yourself....what am I truly craving? Just by putting your attention on it, the cravings will become weaker until they dissolve.

Your higher Self knows how much to eat, so again it is all about attention.....consciousness. You need to eat often to keep your blood sugar in balance. My Naturopath says to eat a handful of protein every 3 hours (sometimes jerky is good if you eat meat)

It is not wise to limit yourself. Give your body as much healthy food as it desires and needs. High vibrational foods like fruits and vegetables will help your body to shift to a higher frequency. Start to enjoy shopping and buying all of your favorite foods that are good for your body. Your body is your special gift and you can feed it the best and the most delicious foods that it loves.

Love Your body just the way it is, wearing clothes that accentuate the most beautiful parts of it. Ask the Angels to help you with all of this. Imagine the way you want your body to look in 5 years. You have plenty of time to sculpt the body you want.

You and Your Pendulum


It's good to clear the energy from your Pendulum when you first start, you can just run water over it for a few minutes (imagining it to be a magical waterfall) and ask for it to be cleared. Then hold it in your hand and send your energy into it.

Begin by surrounding yourself with a bubble of Light (keeping out any lower frequencies)

Ask for Archangel Michael to be there to assist and protect you (or any High Being of Light that you want to work with) they will keep dark energies out.

Ground yourself by sending a silver cord from your 1st Chakra (tailbone area) to the center of the Earth and attaching it there. (you can use any other grounding technique you choose)

Send a Gold cord up to God/Goddess/All That Is.

Ask for the Highest frequency of your Higher Self to be there or you could ask for the Highest frequency of your own Guide. (Everyone has their own Guides and Guardian Angels)

Tell them you need the most accurate reading and guidance. Ask them which way is Yes and then No for them. Then ask some questions that you know....like is my name _______for Yes.....or is my name (another name) for No.

It is best not to cross your legs, having both feet on floor.


You can use the Pendulum to ask if you need to be energetically cleared:

"Do I have any dark, negative, parasitic energies attached to me now?"

Then you can clear yourself...here is one technique.

Ask powerful Archangel Michael to place a bubble filled with Light around your body, or bedroom, or even your entire home. Ask him to shrink wrap the bubble capturing all the dark, negative entities and take them up to the Light. After you have performed this clearing, imagine white light pouring into your body, room or home filling up and spilling over into the world.

Then check your pendulum again..." Am I now clear of any attachments? Am I clear of any dark, negative, parasitic energies now?"

You can also ask your pendulum if other people are clear of attachments.......make sure when you clear them that you do it remotely.

If you are unable to clear yourself, do not be alarmed, you can always be cleared. You may need to get help from someone with more experience.


You can place your pendulum directly over an object and test it.

You may want to test your water, groceries, supplements. You can test the energy of your house, your sleeping space, and more.

I am not a pendulum expert, if you desire more detailed information there are some really good books available.
