There is a universal “window” for Earth’s ascension and the linear clock is ticking. She is assured of reaching her destination in good time, but if you want to physically go along, you must wind up third density karmic lessons, just as you chose in your soul contract. Remembering that the soul nudges your consciousness in accordance with that contract, uncomfortable feelings about self are important messages. So far from this being a time of merely acknowledging discomfort with your attitudes or behavior, it is an opportunity with time limits to change them.

Evolving from third density into fourth does not happen simply because you’re on the planet and the planet is ascending. Your evolution comes with heeding conscience and intuition and the other wisdom your soul is giving to guide you in alignment with your contract. It comes with self-introspection, acting with honor, respecting all of Nature’s life forms, discerning truth from falsity, emulating but not copying persons whom you greatly respect, and not judging others. Forgiveness Journey

Relax your body, ground into Earth.

Ask your Guides and Angels to be with you.

Imagine that you are in a beautiful forest, on the banks of a river. You see the colors around you of the trees and plants, you smell the forest, you taste the freshness in the air. You feel the sun on your body, you know that a great healing is going to take place here.

You are aware that many Angels have come to be with you. You see across the river someone standing looking at you. This is the person that you would like to forgive, this may even be yourself.

You notice that many Angels are bringing a magnificent bridge down from the Higher Realms to place over the river. This bridge is made of Light...with many diamonds and crystals.

Both of you walk over to the bridge and step onto it. Immediately you are filled with Light, radiating Light all around you. You both are looking into each others eyes as you slowly walk closer and closer together. Standing about 3 feet apart, your individual Light joins into one Light together. This light becomes stronger and stronger illuminating everything around you. God/Goddess/All That Is sends more Light to you and you both are healed and released of all resentment, anger, hate, blame, fear, rage and all energies that are not for your highest good. The Light becomes brighter and brighter illuminating the whole world with Your Light.

You each turn away from each other, walking your own way off the bridge and onto your path on your own Soul's journey.

Conscious Weight Loss

So many people have issues with their weight. This has inspired me to reach to the Higher Realms for guidance...for help in energetically shaping our bodies to our desired forms.

I did this myself a few years ago. The Angels have helped me out and I lost a lot of weight. Everyone has different issues, my intention is to guide everyone to learn how to energetically create the body of their dreams.

This is a question that was sent to me from a precious client,

Hi Brenna,

I am wondering since we spoke a lot about The weight and The energy that I am working on clearing I was wondering something else on that subject.

So I can not even bring myself to consider dieting and limiting myself with food or anything that even looks like a diet. So my questions are:

Do I ask the 4 angels to help me want to diet?
Do I ask them to change my cravings, the amount and how often I eat?
Do I attempt to limit myself?
Is there a number of times that I ask them through out my day for guidance and instruction?

You can always call on...Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel to help you with anything. You can call on any of the Masters of Light and Angels at anytime. Yes, ask them to help you take away your cravings, ask yourself....what am I truly craving? Just by putting your attention on it, the cravings will become weaker until they dissolve.

Your higher Self knows how much to eat, so again it is all about attention.....consciousness. You need to eat often to keep your blood sugar in balance. My Naturopath says to eat a handful of protein every 3 hours (sometimes jerky is good if you eat meat)

It is not wise to limit yourself. Give your body as much healthy food as it desires and needs. High vibrational foods like fruits and vegetables will help your body to shift to a higher frequency. Start to enjoy shopping and buying all of your favorite foods that are good for your body. Your body is your special gift and you can feed it the best and the most delicious foods that it loves.

Love Your body just the way it is, wearing clothes that accentuate the most beautiful parts of it. Ask the Angels to help you with all of this. Imagine the way you want your body to look in 5 years. You have plenty of time to sculpt the body you want.

You and Your Pendulum

It's good to clear the energy from your Pendulum when you first start, you can just run water over it for a few minutes (imagining it to be a magical waterfall) and ask for it to be cleared. Then hold it in your hand and send your energy into it.

Begin by surrounding yourself with a bubble of Light (keeping out any lower frequencies)

Ask for Archangel Michael to be there to assist and protect you (or any High Being of Light that you want to work with) they will keep dark energies out.

Ground yourself by sending a silver cord from your 1st Chakra (tailbone area) to the center of the Earth and attaching it there. (you can use any other grounding technique you choose)

Send a Gold cord up to God/Goddess/All That Is.

Ask for the Highest frequency of your Higher Self to be there or you could ask for the Highest frequency of your own Guide. (Everyone has their own Guides and Guardian Angels)

Tell them you need the most accurate reading and guidance. Ask them which way is Yes and then No for them. Then ask some questions that you know....like is my name _______for Yes.....or is my name (another name) for No.

It is best not to cross your legs, having both feet on floor.

You can use the Pendulum to ask if you need to be energetically cleared:

"Do I have any dark, negative, parasitic energies attached to me now?"

Then you can clear yourself...here is one technique.

Ask powerful Archangel Michael to place a bubble filled with Light around your body, or bedroom, or even your entire home. Ask him to shrink wrap the bubble capturing all the dark, negative entities and take them up to the Light. After you have performed this clearing, imagine white light pouring into your body, room or home filling up and spilling over into the world.

Then check your pendulum again..." Am I now clear of any attachments? Am I clear of any dark, negative, parasitic energies now?"

You can also ask your pendulum if other people are clear of attachments.......make sure when you clear them that you do it remotely.

If you are unable to clear yourself, do not be alarmed, you can always be cleared. You may need to get help from someone with more experience.

You can place your pendulum directly over an object and test it.

You may want to test your water, groceries, supplements. You can test the energy of your house, your sleeping space, and more.

I am not a pendulum expert, if you desire more detailed information there are some really good books available.

CALLING UPON THE SACRED FLAME OFFERED THROUGH THE SEVENTH RAY

The Seventh Ray develops your capacity to consciously draw in, focus, shape, and radiate spiritual energy so you can become a master of what forms and circumstances you draw to you. It is the Ray that strengthens your ability to invoke spiritual energies. The universe is composed of primal energy that responds to your intention, feelings, thoughts, and spoken words. This primal energy, this light substance, is beautiful, harmonious, pure, intelligent, obedient, and neutral. It manifests as circumstances and forms.

You "qualify" this energy with your thoughts and feelings, and it always goes out and creates whatever matches the quality of energy you infuse it with. The circumstances you are now experiencing come from the quality of energy you have sent out that has shaped this primal energy.

Use the Sacred Transmuting Flame to Clear any Negative Conditions

The Sacred Transmuting Flame is a gift to humanity, offered through the Seventh Ray. This Sacred Flame is the essence of the Seventh Ray and is often seen as and called the Violet Flame. The color violet has long been associated with spirituality. It is the highest frequency in the visible spectrum, and assists in the transition to a higher octave of light.

You can use the Sacred Flame as one way to clear anything that would cause you to "misqualify energy" such as fear, anger, doubt, the past, and negative conditions and circumstances. When you "misqualify" energy you create negative, unpleasant circumstances and forms that reflect lack, limitation, or that make you feel trapped or stuck. With the Sacred Transmuting Flame you can change what you draw in and send out, and thus change your life and circumstances.

Contacting the Sacred Flame

To work with the Violet Flame, bring yourself to a calm, centered state. Imagine the Sacred Transmuting Flame in front of you, at least 9 feet high. Just observe it for awhile, noticing that as you watch it you become more peaceful. This Sacred Flame is intelligent and aware of you. It comes directly from God.

In your mind's eye, move closer to the Sacred Flame and feel its radiation and the energy that it is offering you of love, healing, and peace. Move closer into this Flame, until it is all around you. If you feel comfortable doing so, picture standing in the center of the Sacred Flame with it arising all around you.

Transmuting Energy with the Sacred Flame

The Violet Transmuting Flame has the power to transmute the cause, the effect, and even the memory of past mistakes. It can transform negative emotions and feelings, changing their energy into light. It can assist you in erasing the effects of past actions that are drawing negative events to you. It can help you clear your mind, body, and emotions of all lesser energies that are holding you back.

The Sacred Flame aids you in bringing about beneficial conditions. It assists you in letting go of stress, anxiety, doubts, and fears, replacing them with a feeling of peace and harmony. As the dense, lower energies are transmuted, your vibration increases, making it easier to express your Divine Self in all the forms, relationships, activities, and circumstances in your life.

Use the Sacred Transmuting Flame to transform your mental, emotional, etheric, and physical bodies.

Bring the Flame through your mental body. Imagine that it is burning away and transmuting all negative memories, past conditioning, illusions, limiting mental concepts, negative thoughts, thoughts that are harmful to you and others, and any other mental energies that are holding you back. Let it burn away all thoughts that are no longer useful to you, old programs and beliefs, incomplete thoughts, and all the thoughts that belong to a lesser level of evolution. Ask it to transmute any thoughts of the future that are limiting you, so you can open to thoughts of a better and even higher future. Know that all energy that is transmuted is returned to the reservoir of universal energy where it can be used for other purposes.

Next bring the Sacred Flame through your emotional body. Allow it to burn away fears, doubts, anxieties, and any emotions that are holding you back from being your Divine Self. Know that this Flame is all-powerful, and that there are no energies it cannot change into a higher form.
Bring the Sacred Flame into your etheric body, into the web of light that surrounds your physical body, and that contains the pattern upon which your physical body is built. It records all experiences throughout time in your use of energy and vibration. Before thoughts and feelings can be manifested in the physical world, they must be filtered through your etheric body.

As you bring the Sacred Flame through your etheric body, imagine that it is burning up every record where you have failed, or not lived up to your inner light. It is burning away, transmuting every memory of imperfection of every kind. Let it burn away all records of aging, disintegration, pain, and suffering. Allow it to release all causes that have led to negative effects. Let other things to burn away come into your mind as you move the Sacred Transmuting Flame through your etheric body.

You can next bring the Sacred Flame through your physical body, burning away all impurities, imperfections, and places that are not able to hold the light and radiance of your Divine Self.
There are many ways you can use the Sacred Flame. Every morning as you wake up, or in your daily meditation, ask for this Sacred Flame to cleanse and purify your four lower bodies (mind, emotions, etheric, and physical bodies) so that you may reflect the light of your Divine Self throughout the day. As you fall asleep, ask for the Violet Flame to transmute or burn up any energies you picked up during the day that would become an impediment in the future. Ask it to transform your vibration so that you no longer pick up or resonate with thoughts and feelings that are limiting, obstructing, or destructive to you.

As your energy becomes clearer and more beautiful it allows the light of your Divine Self to shine through every level of your being. Then, all that you manifest will reflect the perfection and beauty of your Divine Self. Everything you create will be a reflection of your purpose and fulfill the divine Plan of your life, and will bring you joy, harmony, peace, love, and all good things.
One important aspect of the Sacred Transmuting Flame is that there is a 'gathered momentum' that builds with its understanding and continued use. The Violet Flame is like any new process that you learn. At first you may read about the benefits and how to use it, but have yet to experience its power or effectiveness. As the Sacred Flame becomes more a part of your consciousness and experience, it gains in its power to be of value to you. The Sacred Flame is only as powerful as you realize and allow it to be. Continued use will increase its power and ability to transform and transmute all negative, limiting, or imprisoning energies that may be trapping you in a lesser vibration and life.

Offer a blessing to the world

If you would like to offer a blessing to the world, imagine the Sacred Transmuting Flame encircling the globe. Picture the earth being held in this Flame, and sense it burning away and purifying the mental, emotional, etheric, and physical bodies of everyone on earth. See it transmuting all the effluvia of humanity, all the anger, hatred, illusions, and misperceptions that veil the light of people's Divine Selves. Every blessing you send out comes back to you as energy you can use, that has been enhanced by the blessing received.

When you say, "I am...." What do you follow it with?You are qualifying or misqualifying energy with every statement you make about yourself. A particularly powerful statement that determines what you draw to you is one that starts with "I AM". The statement "I AM" invokes spiritual energies and sets them on their way to create your reality. The "I" of this statement invokes the power and love of your Divine Self, the core of your being, Consciousness Itself.
Watch whenever you say "I AM." Do you follow this with statements of lack, limitation, doubt, or other negative reflections about yourself? If so, change your statement to something positive about yourself that you want to see manifested, such as "I AM abundant, joyful, healthy, loving, successful, and so on. When you "qualify" energy positively you set in motion the creation of new and more beneficial circumstances for yourself. Remember that you ARE the universe; you are not only the self that receives from your soul, but you ARE your soul. 5 techniques for clearing dark, negative entities

I have met some extremely exceptional kids, and they deeply need someone to talk to about their fear of Ghosts in their rooms at night. Their parents are overwhelmed with this issue and it is not confronted. This was my experience when I was young, I was shocked by what I saw in the dark, so I turned off my clairvoyant sight until I was older.
We need to all realize there are spirits everywhere. In our culture, we just don’t deal with it. This is not helping our young people who are aware enough to really see what is going on. We all have been given the Gift of clairvoyant sight. Most of us have turned it off when we were kids, we saw something that scared us and we knew there was no one to talk to about it. Some people are born with such an open, powerful gift of sight that they cannot turn it off and feel that there is something wrong with them. They also live their life in fear and terror at what they see because it is not “normal“. If we starting discussing and exploring this wonder of our world, the children will be relaxed and comfortable when they see a lovely spirit move through the room. They also need to know which spirits are here for their highest good and which ones are not.
There are positive, light energy non-physical beings and negative, dark energy beings. We do not want to attract the negative ones. There is a law in the Universe, it is the Law of Attraction. If you are doing negative acts, then you will attract negative energies. If you do positive acts, you draw the positive energies. The positive energies could be called Angels, they would never scare you or do anything to shock you. They will help you only if you ask them too, this is a Free Will Planet and the Law is that they cannot interfere unless it is a life or death situation.
Negative actions like, watching horror movies, abusing drugs or alcohol, listening to angry music, hanging out with bitter, resentful, rude people….etc…..will attract the negative energies (entities). It can be easy to get rid of them if you feel them in the room. Here are a few techniques to assist you in your own Energetic Clearing.

Change your negative actions to positive.

Ask for the White Light to come into the room, you command all dark energies be gone!

You can call on Ascended Masters to come into the room such as, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mother Mary, or go directly to God.

Ask for thousands of Angels to come into your room and turn the dark energy to Light.

Ask powerful Archangel Michael to place a Bubble filled with Light around your body, or bedroom, or even your entire home. Message About the Wave of Light Coming to the Earth Plane

Greetings from Orin and DaBen
An enormous wave of light is moving in. Because this wave of light is so powerful, and will last for many years to come, it will support you in making a leap to a higher vibrational frequency, in knowing your soul, in expanding your consciousness, and in growing spiritually.

These waves of light coming to you from the higher dimensions are very complex. Each contains a different light spectrum and has a unique energy signature. This particular wave of light has a very smooth energy that will offer you a wonderful opportunity to grow spiritually and to manifest your life purpose. It has a clearness to it that makes it easier to tell personality desires from those of your soul. It will be more difficult to remain stuck, because these energies will propel you into movement. Even a slight movement toward the light will be amplified, so that it will be easier than in the past to move out of stuck places.

This wave of light contains the codes and patterns of Divine Will and Purpose as they exist for humanity and the earth at this time. As the influence of this wave of light is felt more intensely you will be able to more easily experience your soul's presence and light. You may feel an intensification of your soul's desire to love, to create, and to make a contribution to others. You may be sensing changes that you want to make in your life to experience more joy and wholeness. You may feel a call to expand and grow, to reach others with your work, and to follow your higher path. These energies assist you in knowing and aligning with the flow of Divine Will through your actions and activities. They call to you to find and to live your life purpose.

The energy present lights up new paths and directions.

This particular wave of light reaches deep into your heart and brings the desires and dreams of your soul and Higher Self to consciousness. It lights up those things that are not of your soul so you will feel less energy or desire to do them. It also lights up the new paths and directions that are there for you. It can stimulate your desire to start living your dreams and to follow your joy. You may be sensing that something better exists, something you could be doing that would bring you so much aliveness and joy that you could not wait to get up in the morning and begin the day. It is only when you know and live your life purpose that you have the joy, aliveness, and inner peace that makes it possible to know and to live as your soul.

Knowing and living your life purpose does not mean that you have to change your job or make any outer changes. When you know your purpose, the same activities that once felt boring or draining can take on all new meaning, and you can feel a sense of joy and aliveness in doing them that you never felt before.

To use this light you will want to expand your receptivity to the subtle energies of the higher dimensions through awakening your light body and through opening your channel to your soul, Higher Self, or to your guide. It is a time to plant the seeds of light that will emerge later as new thoughts and possibilities.

To find the joy that is in this wave is to surrender to and follow your joy. You will want to allow yourself to receive light, and to believe you deserve to have a life that fulfills you at your deepest levels. It is also important to love yourself for what you have already created. Take a moment to reflect on all you have done, and to appreciate yourself for coming as far as you have.

As the Millennium unfolds, there might be increased fears about the world ending or about humanity being annihilated. When this does not happen, the date will be moved to the year 2012 or so. After that time we see the fear of earth changes releasing its hold on people’s thoughts and visions of the future. There will be more certainty that humanity will continue to exist, and a growing realization that solving the problems of humanity will have to come from humanity itself. Humanity will not be "saved" from its responsibility to change its living conditions through some catastrophe or outside event.

Earth changes are already happening. The vibrational frequency of the earth is increasing.

You are already in the midst of the earth changes that have been predicted. The shift in consciousness you have all made, the global peace meditations, as well as all your individual expressions of love and group concern have transformed these earth changes from violent, catastrophic events to the milder events you are now experiencing as dramatic weather and political unrest. It could have been much worse. There will be an increase in the earth's activity and continued dramatic weather patterns in some locations, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, and so on, for the next ten or twenty years. This will be followed by a quieter period of earth activity.

The many problems humanity will face will bring people together to solve problems, create group consciousness and group love, and develop cooperation and compassion. They will be the catalyst to assist humanity in making the transition from individual, separative consciousness into the beginning states of oneness. To live in the higher realms of light you will need a consciousness that can experience oneness.

This light makes the presence of the spiritual world much stronger in your dimension, and changes the nature of your material world. Your material world is dissolving and changing. Those things that cannot hold this light will be leaving, and those forms, relationships, and structures that can hold this light will prosper and grow.

Let go of any fear of the future and focus on positive visions for yourself and humanity.

Throughout these coming times there will be challenging times and good times, with many more good times than difficult ones. Look at your life now, and acknowledge how good it is, even with its challenges. Your life can get even better and more joyful as you align with these energies of light that are moving in. One of the contributions you can make to humanity right now is to let go of any fear you have of the future, and focus on positive visions for humanity. Even in the midst of changes, there will be many times of joy, love, and experiencing new levels of confidence and courage

"This brings us to the many questions about light that I have combined thusly: What people need to do so light will enter their bodies, how to know whether they are absorbing light or not, how much light is needed to ascend with Earth. Forgive self and others, see a situation from others' perspectives, cherish beautiful memories and let go of those that are hurtful.

The people who are working for peace; preservation of the environment; humane treatment of animals; assistance to homeless, hungry and sick; or any other avenue of assistance are examples of light and love in action. Those motivations come from soul level, and the advocates and activists are responding to their souls' messages.

Know that you are god- and goddess-selves with the power to manifest whatever you strongly intend!
